Read on for our recommendations for the next week.

  • On Thursday at 6:30 the Cross Mills Library is showing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1
  • Plan to visit the Sea Star Marketplace, a celebration of art, artisans, and antiques, on Saturday from 10 am until 6 pm in Ninigret Park. Stop by to support this new annual event hosted by the Frosty Drew Nature Center.
  • On Sunday at 5:30 pm you can attend the second event in this summer's free concert series at Ninigret Park. The first event was a huge success with over 300 people attending. We expect to have another hit this week with the Occidental Gypsy Jazz Band. Bring your lawn chairs, picnic baskets, blankets, your own food, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • There are just a few days left to catch the highly praised musical, Man of La Mancha, at Theatre By the Sea. The play runs through July 16.
  • Those visiting town will like to know that we have three Farmers' Markets scheduled: Friday from 9 am until noon at the Cross' Mills Library, Saturday from 9 am until 1 pm at the Cross Mills Farmers' Market property across from the fire station under construction and Tuesday from 4 pm until 7 pm in Falcone Field on Falcone Lane across from the closed Tim Horton's and behind Kingston Pizza.
As usual, links are provided in the this article and we have more information and more events in our Events Calendar.
