We gave you a link to the new law proposal here. Remember that White Papers and Resolutions don't mean anything, it's the law that gets passed that determines the law.
Many people don't know that Microsoft Word includes a feature to compare documents. So we created a document with the current law and compared it to the new one. The result of that comparison is here for your review.
Some tips for reading the comparison document:
- Everything crossed out, no matter what color, is deleted from the original law in the new proposal
- Everything underlined is added to the original law in the new proposal
