New list of RI's Top Tax Cheats released - includes three from Charlestown

The Rhode Island Division of Taxation released its newest list of Rhode Island's biggest tax delinquents. They actually released two lists - one for income tax deadbeats and the other for business cheats.
A couple of notable celebrity cheats are making return appearances. The #1 cheat are the parents of Tea Party conservative state Representative Dan Reilly of Portsmouth. His mom and dad moved to Florida, leaving behind a debt of just under $1.4 million. They have topped the list for several years, but young Rep. Reilly says mom and dad are going to have their day in court this year and will get this all straightened out.

Another notable making a return appearance is Vincent Pazienza, who legally changed his name to Vinny Paz. Whatever,. Paz, once a brilliant boxer, and now just your basic low-life owes $275K, having gambled away his millions in prize fight winnings.
I have highlighted the numerous South County tax cheaters, but a big shout out to some Charlestown Top 100 folks: Gregory A. Pezza, who owes $59,071, John Larson, $57,079 and Noel J. Harrington, $55,847. They each owe almost twice as much in delinquent state income tax as the average Charlestown resident earns each year.

The following list publicly identifies up to 100 taxpayers who are delinquent on Rhode Island
The Rhode Island Division of Taxation has sent formal notice, by regular and certified mail, to each taxpayer on the list, letting the taxpayer know – 30 days in advance – of the Tax Division’s intent to publish the taxpayer’s name and account information. Each taxpayer on the list, having been notified, has chosen not to pay the delinquency and not to enter into a reasonable agreement to pay the outstanding debt in reasonable installments.
The list contains each delinquent taxpayer’s name, address, and the amount of the delinquency – including interest and penalty – as of the end of the most recent quarter.
