* AFFECTED AREA...MOST OF MASSACHUSETTS EXCEPT NANTUCKET AND  MARTHAS VINEYARD...MOST OF RHODE ISLAND EXCEPT BLOCK  ISLAND...NORTHERN CONNECTICUT AND SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE.
 
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH...HIGHEST  ACROSS INTERIOR AREAS.
 
* TIMING...STRONGEST WIND GUSTS AND LOWEST HUMIDITIES WILL  DEVELOP ON TUESDAY FROM MIDDAY INTO THE LATE AFTERNOON.
 
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 15 PERCENT.
 
* TEMPERATURES...MAX TEMPERATURES IN THE LOWER TO MID 70S ARE  EXPECTED.
 
* IMPACTS...DRY WEATHER AND GUSTY WINDS WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL  FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL CREATE AN ELEVATED FIRE SPREAD POTENTIAL.
