your heating bills? Contact the South County Community
Action Agency to inquire about the income guidelines and / or to schedule
an appointment to fill out an application. If determined eligible you will
receive a grant towards your heating bill.
South County Community
Action provides assistance to residents of Charlestown, Exeter, Hopkinton,
Narragansett, New Shoreham, North Kingstown, Richmond, South Kingstown, West
Greenwich and Westerly.

Heating Assistance (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program)
Assistance in paying
heating/utility bills during the winter months to reduce home-heating costs
(gas, electric, propane, oil, kerosene or wood). Available to low-income
residents in the towns of Charlestown, Exeter, Hopkinton, Narragansett, New
Shoreham, North Kingstown, Richmond, South Kingstown, Westerly and West
Greenwich.
