Charlestown police union mourns the loss of chaplain

R.I.P. Rev. Robert Cummings of Charlestown

The Washington County F.O.P. Lodge #40 - Charlestown Branch announces with deep regret the passing of Rev. Robert Cummings. 

Rev. Cummings was a charter member of the Washington County FOP-A and served as both the FOP-A and the FOP Chaplin with honor and dignity for many years.

Rev. Cummings passed away on Sunday, May 4th surrounded by his loving family.

There will be no calling hours.

A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church, 63 Canonchet Road, Hope Valley, RI. A time for the service has yet to be set. Arrangements are being handled by Avery Funeral Home, Hope Valley, RI.
