South County Kitty of the Week

Meet Peanut
From the Animal Rescue League of Southern Rhode Island

Hello, my name is Peanut.  The folks around the shelter like to refer to me as their resident mother of the year recipient.

I came to the shelter pregnant along with 3 of my current kittens.  Eventually I gave birth to 7 more wonderful kittens.  I worked very hard to make sure all my little ones were well looked after and ready for their own homes.

I even nursed several other kittens in need while here.

I guess I was just meant to be a loving and caring cat.  Not to sound selfish, but now I'd love to have my chance to find a forever home and be pampered myself.

I would gladly welcome any other cats or kittens you might already have, but a few really nice full meals a day and some attention is all I ask.

In return, I will love you and your family just like all the wonderful kittens I have raised.

Could you give a hard-working mother of the year a chance for her own happy ending?  I would be forever grateful!

Please stop by our shelter located at 506B Curtis Corner Road in Peace Dale or call 401-783-7606 for more information about the sweet and caring Peanut or our many other adoptable pets waiting for their new forever homes.
