Oyster Works team members run their butts off

OYSTER WORKS
OCEANS RUN to PUMPKINMAN
Covered Bridges to Hudson River, Newbies and New Races

Oyster Works Triathlon Team swam in urban rivers and fresh water ponds; ran along the coast and through covered bridges; and biked highways and country roads from New York to Maine.  We celebrated Ezra and Missy's first triumph and Megan's birthday with laughter and determination.
Andrew out of the water at the Pumpkinman Half-Ironman

An especially big year for Megan:

On her 60th birthday she ran her first long distance race - The Covered Bridges Half Marathon in Vermont.

She qualified for USA Triathlon National Age Group Championships in Olympic distance.

And she finished on the podium in her first half-Ironman:1.2 mile swim; 56 mile bike; 13.1 mile run - The Pumpkinman Triathlon, in Maine.

Ezra and his run angel finish Oh My Goddard Triathlon

In Ezra's first triathlon, at Goddard Park, a run angel named Sam appeared and guided him to the finish line.   Every race has its own magic.
