Help Harvest Fresh Produce at Community Farms

Volunteer harvesting vegetables
With the growing season  well underway, our network of five community gardens has already harvested tens of thousands of pounds of locally grown produce for Rhode Islanders in need. An entirely volunteer-run effort, the farms need help with weeding and picking vegetables. Harvesting, which is a great activity for families and people of all ages, will continue through September.
