Meet Roxy

Animal Rescue Rhode Island

Roxy is a 4 year old, treeing-walker coonhound who has been at our shelter for roughly three months.

Sadly, her previous owners "branded” her back leg with liquid nitrogen.

This has not stopped Roxy from being a very affectionate girl.

She loves to cuddle, and is good with other dogs. 

Like nearly all hounds, she needs her exercise, as her nose is meant to explore.

A tired Roxy makes for a happy owner!
