April 27, Fighting AIDS in Rhode Island

This year AIDS Care Ocean State, David Dadekian of Eat Drink RI, Jamie Coelho of Rhode Island Monthly, Nicole Alexander-Scott, MD, MPH, Director of the Rhode Island Department of Health and Doug Palmieri of 94 HJY the Home of Rock & Roll are bringing to life a new event to help benefit the thousands of people in Rhode Island living with HIV/AIDS.

Participating bars, clubs and restaurants will automatically contribute 15%, 20%, or 30% of their total sales to benefit AIDS Care Ocean State's mission of providing quality housing, case management, medical and nursing care, and prevention to those affected by or at risk for HIV infection.

Support AIDS Care Ocean State's mission of providing quality housing, case management, medical and nursing care, and prevention to adults, families, adolescents and children who are affected by or at risk for HIV infection. AIDS Care Ocean State will act as an advocate for individuals and families at risk, while providing those support services needed to ensure and maintain a high quality of life for the people we serve.
