Truck Stop featured food trucks like Rocket Fine Street Food
Save the Date for Truck Stop:
A Festival of Street Eats
Truck Stop returns! Over 20 food trucks (some favorites and some brand new) will be offering delicious samples under the stars at the Food Bank as part of the Eat Drink RI Festival. Last year we raised over $150,000. Mark your calendar for Friday, April 26 from 5:30 to 8 PM and keep an eye out for ticket sales in March.

Mary Flynn presented to the Meal Site forum

Learn Healthy Recipes
Mary Flynn, professor, dietitian and Food Bank board member presented a workshop for staff and volunteers of our member agencies on healthy recipes that can be served to guests at meal sites. Mary shared her recipe for corn, black bean, and tomato fried rice while discussing the health benefits of cooking with olive oil. Visit our website for other healthy recipes.
