Two key information sources on non-profits set to merge

Foundation Center and GuideStar are CANDID.

For years, the two best places for people to get vital information about non-profit organizations have been the Foundation Center and Guidestar. Their free databases allowed potential donors to make better choices and for researchers to find information on the activities and connections of the vast network of non-profit organizations operating in the United States.

Now those to resources are set to merge into a new service called "CANDID."

What is Candid?

Foundation Center and GuideStar joined forces to become Candid, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Candid connects people who want to change the world to the resources they need to do it.
