Not that facts actually matter to Trump, the Kurds DID fight on the side of the US and its allies during World War II. The Kurds did not have their own nation then, nor do they now. Their people live across the Middle East - from Syria and Turkey to the west and Iran and Iraq to the east.
During World War II, Kurds fought in large numbers under the flags of Britain and France against Nazi forces. Wikipedia reports that 25% of Iraqi troops fighting under the British flag were in fact Kurds.
That we should have to even get into such a stupid conversation about Trump's demented ramblings about why he would sell out an ally shows how far down we have gone as a country.
