Under The Microscope

Demonstration and Training
Sunday, November 10, 2019 noon – 2 pm

200X magnification of worm castings, full of life

Monique Bosch

Come learn about the beneficial microbes living in your soil.  Monique will demonstrate how to identify microscopic organisms and what they tell you about the health of your soil.
Bring a soil sample with you.

The Worm Ladies are planning incubator programs for vermicomposting in New England.  Our emphasis will be on using the microscope to determine soil health, via worm castings.  There will be a need for workshop leaders.  If you are interested in becoming a workshop leader or just knowing more about microscopy,  there will be opportunities for you to attend our workshops and learn from the best--Monique Bosch, a student of Dr. Mary Ingham.  If you are unable to attend Sunday's workshop, we will add you to the list for the next workshop.  Let us know.

$15.00 Workshop fee
