 September 10th is Hunger Action Day
and you are invited to join me for a Virtual Town Hall where we will
share how the Food Bank and its member agencies continue to adapt in
response to the increased demand for food during the COVID
pandemic. We are working hard to ensure that Rhode Islanders have
the food they need to weather this extremely challenging time, no
matter how long it lasts.
 I will be joined by Jim
Carroll, Food Pantry Coordinator at the SVDP St. Philip Food
Pantry in Greenville.
Jim will discuss his experience on the front lines and how St. Philip
is providing food assistance to guests while keeping everyone safe.
We'll also answer any questions you might have during this time.
