Summer Camp Opportunities

Mystic Aquarium’s Summer Camp season won’t make its official splash until the end of June, but registration is now open! With health and safety as our number one priority, we are happy to confirm that we will be offering unique and memorable camp experiences for children entering grades PreK-10, as well as family programs for a caregiver/child pair! Plan ahead to make sure your adventurous ones gets the most out of this summer.

 

 


 

Soap

Magickal Elements & Wellness Shop

Mystic Aquarium is proud to announce its partnership with Olde Mistick Village's Becca Rose - Magickal Elements & Wellness shop. During April, Becca Rose will donate $1 for each Mystic Ocean bar of soap that is sold. Lovingly made in Mystic, this bar of soap will lift your spirits and make you smile with notes of lemongrass, tea tree, lemon, peppermint, and patchouli. Mystic Oceans is made with a blend of goat’s milk, coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil, sustainably sourced palm oils, natural mineral colors, and pure therapeutic essential oils.

Cocktails (or Mocktails) with Conservationists

Join our Director of Education & Conservation for cocktails (or mocktails) and conversations with members of the Aquarium team as we explore the conservation efforts that support the Aquarium’s mission.  Grab a PINK PENGUIN, our drink of choice for this week, as we celebrate both Earth Day and World Penguin Day and dive into conversations about our work with the African Penguins. Teens in Action – Marine Debris and Plastics Cleanup

Calling all teens!  Join Mystic Aquarium’s teen Youth Conservation Corps volunteers in a day at the beach! Generously funded by the National Fish & Wildlife Foundation, this event provides teens the opportunity to learn about the impacts of marine debris and plastics on marine inhabitants and what young adults can do to protect the world’s oceans!  Broken into two sessions for a safer experience, participants can choose the time that best works for their schedule to complete service hours while giving back during this Earth Day!
