From Tuesday on, pollen sufferers beware

As sunshine returns, Charlestown's pollen count will shoot up into the "High" range with pollen coming mainly from maple, birch and those ash trees the emerald borers haven't killed yet.
As I look out my window, I see just about every tree is now heavily budded. It's beautiful but it does make me sneeze and wheeze. But "thanks" to COVID, I can use a surgical mask when I do yard work to cut down on my intake of pollen.
While I risk having some maskhole attacking me for wearing a mask outside, it is helpful in dealing with seasonal allergies.
