In 2017, village idiot and state Representative for Richmond, Hopkington and Exeter Justin Price got the General Assembly to approve a study commission to study "chemtrails." Chemtrails are one of the far, far rights conspiracy theories that somehow some nefarious enemy, probably connected to George Soros, is putting mind-control chemicals into the air using the trails left in the sky by passing jet planes. I have not seen any sign that this commission has issued a report.
