We purposely have NO public transportation. The average home costs $600,000+ and is being driven up by vacationing rich people who are paying record prices for waterview homes. We stifle affordable housing - especially rentals - so because the CCA doesn't want to invite "people from Providence" to live in Charlestown. - Will Collette
