Let's move Charlestown forward together
If you're fired up because you still can't get coal-fired pizza at the town's food truck night, or just downright up in arms that the Planning Commisar has plans to restrict what you can do with your property, come on down and support the candidates that want everyone to be able to live in peace and prosperity.
Join us Wednesday Aug. 17 at 5:30 pm at the Meadow Brook Inn for a fundraiser for change in Charlestown. And don't forget, the Conservation Design Ordinance Hearing is still on for Aug. 22.
Please
join us on Wednesday, Aug. 17 at 5:30 pm at the Meadow Brook Inn, 168 Carolina
Back Rd. for light fare and a cash bar.
You'll
be able to meet the slate of candidates for council, incumbents President Deb
Carney and Councilwoman Grace Klinger, and hopefuls, Steve Stokes, Lorna
Persson, and Richard "Rippy" Serra. Planning Commision candidates,
Alternate #1, Patty Stamps, and candidate Gabrielle Godino, and Town Moderator,
Charlie Beck.
It
will be a good chance to meet, and get to know the candidates; and remember,
the Conservation Design Ordinance Meeting is on Aug. 22 at the Elementary
School. Let's move Charlestown forward together, and with a voice for everyone.
