Fellow Residents of Charlestown,
The first March meeting of our Town Council will be
held on Monday, March 13, starting at 7 pm. Again, we see a list of
topics that promise to be important and generate lots of discussion.

Appointments will be made to four important
Commissions and Committees, with more applicants than positions
available,
·
The annual financial audit will be presented,
including discussion of "material weaknesses,"
·
There will be discussion of additional bills submitted
by our financial auditing firm that now nearly double the expected
cost of the audit,
·
A proposal for two food truck events at
Ninigret Park will be presented for Council approval,
·
And that's not all!
